Tom Butel, is an individual who is deeply passionate about the outdoors. Having grown up on the island of Jersey surrounded by ocean and adventure Tom is driven by a love of nature and a desire for continuous growth within inspiring landscapes.

For nearly a decade, he has worked in the mountains of North Wales and various locations around the world, gaining extensive experience in outdoor leadership and instruction.

Through his work, Tom has connected with people from diverse backgrounds—an aspect of his career he values deeply. He strives to create meaningful experiences, ensuring that those he works with feel challenged, supported, and inspired.

As a qualified MCI (Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor), Tom brings both expertise and enthusiasm to his adventures. His goal is to share his knowledge, promote a love for the outdoors, and inspire others to push their limits in nature.
